Automated bending at Huppertz

In our workshop, a 6-axis industrial robot from KUKA handles the loading, unloading, and precise positioning of sheet metal parts for our CNC press brake from LVD. Gripping, feeding, turning, and depositing are performed fully automatically within a secure cell.

Project completed: Facade elements for the Holleschberg lift

For the Ascenseur Holleschberg project in Hesperange, we were responsible for the complete manufacturing of the façade elements as a production partner. The client for the metal works was Prefalux SA, a specialist in timber construction, who relied on our manufacturing expertise for this infrastructure project.
