In our workshop, a 6-axis industrial robot from KUKA handles the loading, unloading, and precise positioning of sheet metal parts for our CNC press brake from LVD. Gripping, feeding, turning, and depositing are performed fully automatically within a secure cell.
The result is consistent cycle times and a controlled process. Especially for series and recurring components, robotics ensures reliable dimensional accuracy, predictable throughput times, and additional production capacity.
