# Project completed: Facade elements for the Holleschberg lift

For the Ascenseur Holleschberg project in Hesperange, we were responsible for the complete manufacturing of the façade elements as a production partner. The client for the metal works was Prefalux SA, a specialist in timber construction, who relied on our manufacturing expertise for this infrastructure project.

- Laser cutting of the substructure and cladding panels at New Laser SA
- Assembly-ready numbering of all components
- Precision welding works
- Powder coating
- Logistically coordinated packaging and direct delivery to the construction site

### The challenge: long-term precision and consistency

Due to the extended project duration and phased production, the key requirements were:

- Reproducible dimensional accuracy
- Consistent quality across all manufacturing phases
- A delivery schedule precisely aligned with the on-site installation process
