# Powering the Future with Our Own Energy

Sustainability and long-term security go hand in hand at Huppertz and New Laser AG. That is why we continue to invest in the development of our site in East Belgium, with one clear goal: to become more independent, more efficient and remain competitive in the long term.


	
Over the past years, important measures have already been implemented, including investments in photovoltaic systems, modern LED technology and the reduction of water consumption in production. These initiatives are concrete examples of how responsibility is actively put into practice.

The next major step is now becoming reality: the construction of three wind turbines. This project marks the next stage in the technical expansion of our companies and will significantly strengthen our energy self-sufficiency as well as our control over energy consumption. In steel construction, powder coating and industrial manufacturing, energy is a key factor for production, planning and competitiveness.

For Huppertz and New Laser AG, sustainability therefore means not waiting for future developments, but taking responsibility today and actively shaping the future – for our site, our competitiveness and for our 80 employees and their families.
